Friday, April 13th
Objective: After creating a personal food web, I will answer debriefing questions about why we say “Life Webs.”
What we did in class today: We created a personalized life web and then answered questions about it in the notebook.
If you missed class today: Download the documente below, follow instructions, and show Mr. Jamsa. Please note that this can be very messy if you try and fit it on one notebook page. I would open up and use two pages, putting your initial “favorite plant or animal” in a circle right on the crease between the two pages. This double page should give you enough room.
Thursday, April 12th
Objective: I will complete my Dr. Art’s Guide to the Food Web and the Analysis for the Bridge Inquiry.
What we did in class today: This was a finish-up day of sorts as we completed the two lessons indicated above.
If you missed class today: We began nothing new, but did complete some important learning. Show Mr. Jamsa the assignments above from your notebook to receive credit. Come during AG or after school if you need time to complete the above work.
Wednesday, April 11th

What we did in class today: We started the bridge inquiry. We will finish it tomorrow.
If you missed today: You will have to make up the time and points at another time. If you are here on Thursday, you can probably catch up in class.
Tuesday, April 10th

Monday, April 9th
Objective: I will create a T chart listing five structures in the classroom and their accompanying function.
What we did in class today: 2/3 of the classes watched a film on Bill Nye and structures and answered questions about it. The other 1/3 were not able to watch it because of a technology error on the Bill Nye web site.
If you missed class today: You have nothing to make up. The technology error affected too many kids – I am going to have to make up the information in another way.
