8:40 – arrive at Silverton Middle School
8:50 – bus leaves for Willamette University
9:30 Set-up will be in the Sparks Center – specifically the downstairs gym…there will be signs directing you to the set-up area
10:00 – 10:20 Welcome remarks will be in the Putnam University Center – upstairs in the Cat Cavern
10:30 – 12:30 Judging will be in the Sparks Center
12:15 – 1:00 Lunch will be in the Putnam University Center – upstairs in the Cat Cavern
1:00 – 4:00 Depending on weather and will of group – possibilities include
a) Bees Presentation from the Salem Audubon Society will be in the Putnam University Center – upstairs in the Cat Cavern
b) Self tour of Willamette
c) Museum of Art
d) Waterfront – Minto Brown – Carousel
e) Coffee place to relax
4:00 – 4:30 Awards will be in the Putnam University Center – upstairs in the Cat Cavern
4:30 – 5:15 Bus returns to Silverton Middle School
